NOTES: Francis Belanger has been assigned from the AHL's Philadelphia Phantoms to the Titans several times. During his first assignment (11/2/99 - 11/3/99), he played in one game (11/2/99 vs. Rivermen) and wore #22. During his second assignment (11/11/99 - 11/14/99), he played two games (11/12/99 vs. Kingfish and 11/13/99 vs. Grrrowl) and wore #14. On his third assignment to Trenton (12/3/99 - 12/5/99), he wore a third number: #8, and played in two games (12/3/99 vs. Express and 12/4/99 vs. Admirals). Francis was assigned to Trenton several times from 2/22/00 to 3/19/00 wearing #9. On 11/29/00, Belanger was assigned to the Titans once again, but was recalled by the Phantoms the next day after only 1 practice with Trenton. He was subsequently waived by the Philadelphia Flyers organization. Belanger was signed by the AHL's Quebec Citadelles on 1/13/01. On 2/15,01, he signed a two-year contract with the Montreal Canadiens. He made his NHL debut on 2/17/01, becoming the 4th former Titan to do so. He was re-assigned to Quebec on 3/9/01. Belanger began the 2001/2002 season with the Citadelles after attending training camp with the Canadiens. On 8/23/02, he signed with the NHL's Mighty Ducks of Anaheim as a free agent and was assigned to the AHL's Cincinnati Mighty Ducks. Belanger started the 2003/2004 season with the QSPHL's Predateurs de Granby, but signed with the ECHL's Charlotte Checkers on 11/9/03. He returned to Granby after 5 games with the Checkers, and later signed with the UHL's Richmond Riverdogs on 3/2/04. Boulerice was traded to the UHL's Danbury Trashers on 3/17/04 by way of the Flint Generals. He started the 2005/2006 season with the Trashers.
