NOTES: Tyler Johnston signed with the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies on 12/21/01. He started the 2001/2002 season with the Arkansas RiverBlades and was traded to the Reading Royals on 11/9/01. Johnston was waived by the Royals on 12/16/01. The Bullies traded Johnston with future considerations to the Jackson Bandits on 9/27/02 for Ryan Mougenel. However, he signed with the WCHL's Long Beach Ice Dogs for the 2002/2003 season.
