NOTES: Scott Stirling signed with the St. Louis Blues organization and was assigned to the ECHL's Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies on 9/26/01 after attending the AHL Worcester IceCats 2001/2002 training camp. He was recalled by the IceCats from 11/23/01 to 11/27/01. He was named ECHL Goalie of the Week for the week ending 1/13/02. He was recalled again by the IceCats on 2/7/02, and assigned to the ECHL's Peoria Rivermen on 2/8/02. He was recalled by Worcester on 2/27/02 and re-assigned to Atlantic City on 3/1/02. Stirling re-signed with the Bullies on 8/24/02 for the 2002/2003 season. He was selected as the ECHL's Goalie of the Week for the week ending 10/13/02. Stirling was recalled by the IceCats from 10/22/02 to 11/8/02, during which time he made his AHL debut. From 11/20/02 to 11/26/02, he was recalled by the AHL's Cincinnati Mighty Ducks. Stirling was recalled by the IceCats again from 11/30/02 to 12/3/02, and the AHL's Hershey Bears from 1/9/03 to 1/13/03. He was called up by the AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers (where his father is Head Coach) from 1/24/03 to 3/5/03, and again from 3/12/03 to 4/21/03. Stirling signed with the Sound Tigers on 8/14/03, but was reassigned to the Boardwalk Bullies for the start of the 2003/2004 season. He represented the Bullies in the 2003/2004 ECHL All-Star Game. Stirling was recalled by the AHL's Portland Pirates (on loan from Bridgeport) from 2/11/04 to 2/19/04. He signed with the UHL's Danbury Thrashers for the 2004/2005 season.

Prior to the 2001/2002 season, Stirling was under contract with the AHL's Lowell Lock Monsters and was assigned to the Trenton Titans after attending the 2000/2001 training camps of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and AHL's Rochester Americans. On 12/4/00, he was selected as the ECHL's Goalie of the Week after posting back-to-back shutouts (12/1-2/00). He was selected as the ECHL's Rookie of the Month for December on 1/3/01. Stirling was named as the starting goaltender for the Northern Conference team in the 2001 ECHL All-Star Game. On 3/22/01, he was named the ECHL's CCM Rookie of the Year. He was selected as the ECHL's Goaltender of the Year on 3/28/01, and named to the ECHL's 1st All-Rookie Team and the First Team All-Stars in the following two days.
