NOTES: Kam White was loaned to the AHL's Philadelphia Phantoms from 2/29/00 to 3/1/00, and to the IHL's Cleveland Lumberjacks from 3/26/00 to 3/27/00. He attended the IHL's Grand Rapids Griffins 2000/2001 training camp before rejoining the Titans. White was loaned to the AHL's Kentucky Thoroughblades from 12/15/00 to 12/20/00. He was recalled by the AHL's Lowell Lock Monsters from 3/22/01 to 3/26/01. White re-signed with the Titans for the 2001/2002 season. He received a 4-game suspension from the ECHL for an off-ice altercation with former teammate David Whitworth on 1/18/02. White was recalled by the AHL's Philadelphia Phantoms from 3/13/02 to 3/16/02. He was recalled by the AHL's Cleveland Lumberjacks from 3/23/02 to 3/29/02. White re-signed with the Titans on 7/29/02. He was called up by the Phantoms again from 1/26/03 to 1/27/03 and 1/28/03 to 1/30/03. Kam White was traded with Tyler Beechey to the Pensacola Ice Pilots on 8/6/03 for Ryan O'Keefe and Kerry Ellis-Toddington. On 10/15/03, the Ice Pilots traded him to the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies for future considerations (announced 10/16/03 as Peter Bournazakis, Brian Collins, and Pete Summerfelt). White received a 3-game suspension from the ECHL for a biting incident during a 1/16/04 game against the Titans. He was traded by the Bullies with Sam Paolini to the Toledo Storm on 6/4/04 as future considerations from the Nick Parillo acquisition (3/15/04). White signed with the UHL's Flint Generals for the 2004/2005 season.
