NOTES: David Hoogsteen was acquired by the Trenton Titans from the Richmond Renegades on 2/28/00. He was creditted with the game-winning goal in his Titans' debut on 3/1/00 after scoring the first goal in a 3-0 Trenton shootout. Hoogsteen was traded on 6/20/00 to the Johnstown Chiefs to fulfill the future considerations (acquired from the Louisiana IceGators) from the acquisition of goaltender Bujar Amidovski. On 9/27/00, he signed a contract with the CHL's Fayetteville Force for the 2000/2001 season. Hoogsteen signed with the UHL's Rockford IceHogs for the 2001/2002 season. For the 2002/2003 season, he signed with the Netherlands' Amsterdam Boretti Tigers.
