NOTES: Cail MacLean was an original Trenton Titan, assigned from the IHL's Orlando Solar Bears (wearing number 8 in 1999/2000). He was recalled by the AHL's Lowell Lock Monsters from 11/10/99 through 11/18/99, and the IHL's Michigan K-Wings from 11/23/99 through 12/28/99. MacLean was recalled by the Lock Monsters again from 3/19/00 to 3/21/00. He was recalled by the AHL's Philadelphia Phantoms on 3/28/00. MacLean appeared in the IHL's Grand Rapids Griffins 2000/2001 training camp before returning to the Titans. He was recalled by the Griffins from 11/11/00 - 11/14/00, and signed to a 25-game tryout on 11/16/00. MacLean was returned to the Titans on 12/14/00, but recalled again from 12/18/00 to 12/23/00. He was recalled by the AHL's Philadelphia Phantoms from 2/20/01 to 3/15/01. MacLean was selected as a starting forward for the Northern Conference team in the 2001 ECHL All-Star Game. He represented the Jacksonville Lizard Kings on the Southern Conference team in the 1999 ECHL All-Star Game. On 9/4/01, MacLean signed a professional tryout agreement with the AHL's Saint John Flames. He was cut from their training camp on 10/2/01 and re-signed with the Titans on 10/4/01. At the start of the 2001/2002 season, MacLean was selected to serve as the Captain of the Trenton Titans for the second consecutive season. He was loaned to the AHL's Providence Bruins from 11/1/01 to 11/23/01. MacLean was recalled by the AHL's Lowell Lock Monsters from 1/8/02 to 1/17/02. He was loaned to the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack from 1/22/02 to 1/24/02. MacLean was recalled by the AHL's Hershey Bears from 2/10/02 to 2/11/02, 2/15/02 to 2/18/02, and again on 2/19/02. He signed with the Bears on 7/26/02 for the 2002/2003 season. MacLean signed as a free agent with the NHL's New York Islanders on 7/1/04 after playing for their AHL affiliate Bridgeport Sound Tigers for the 2003/2004 season. MacLean started the 2004/2005 season as the Captain of the ECHL's Reading Royals after attending training camp with Hershey and was recalled by the Bears from 10/27/04 to 11/18/04.
