NOTES: Mike Siklenka was assigned to the Trenton Titans from the AHL's Philadelphia Phantoms on 2/11/04 and was recalled on 2/12/04. He was originally drafted by the NHL's Washington Capitals in 1998, but signed with the NHL's Philadelphia Flyers as a free agent on 1/27/02 (resigning on 7/14/03). Siklenka made his NHL debut with the Flyers on 1/28/03 against the Tampa Bay Lightning. On 10/3/03, after attending training camp with the Flyers, he was claimed in the NHL Waiver Draft by the New York Rangers. After making his debut with the Rangers on 10/30/03, Siklenka was assigned to the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack for conditioning on 10/31/03. Without having appeared for Hartford, he was claimed off waivers by the Flyers on 11/5/03 and assigned to the AHL's Philadelphia Phantoms. Siklenka was traded by the Philadelphia Flyers to the Dallas Stars on 2/16/04 for Steve Gainey, and was reassigned to the AHL's Utah Grizzlies.
